Swannanoa, N.C. - The Lady Owls honored seniors Amber Godfrey and Danasia Dumas as they played their last game in Devries Gymnasium and came out with a 78-59 over The Apprentice School Builders. This win extended the win streak to three games and improved the Owls record on the season to 14-12 and 5-1 in the EMAC.
Danasia Dumas led the Owls with 28 points and she was followed by Danielle Hinkelman, who had 11 points. The Owls dished out 25 assists on the night, with Tierney Porter leading the way with 6 assists.
"This was a great night all around for our program. Danasia and Amber have been so instrumental to the growth of this program and it was great to recognize them in front of our home fans and come out with a convincing win. I am so proud of them and this team. We have battled adversity all year long and this was a great moment for all of us," stated head coach Robin Martin.
