Front Royal, VA - The Lady Owls improved their record to 6-11 with a win over Christendom 84-35. This is the fourth road game of a seven game road game stretch for the Lady Owls and they earned a much needed road victory.
The Owls started the game sluggish, but found their stride in the second half, scoring 60 points. The Owls were able to use their defensive pressure to force the Crusaders into 47 turnovers. The Owls also tallied a season high 35 steals.

"The second half of this game we looked like the team from last year; high energy and allowing our defense to create easy baskets for us. Consistency is key for us we need to play like this the rest of the season," stated head coach Robin Martin.
The Owls are back in action Friday, when they travel to Elizabeth City, NC to take on conference foe, Mid-Atlantic Christian University, in their first of three games in three days.
