Melanie Janarelli, a women's soccer player from Yarmouth, ME, was named First Team All-American by the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) for her efforts during the 2008 season.

On the season, the senior defender scored 2 goals (4 points) including the gamewinning goal in the 80th minute to secure a 1-0 victory over Peace College.  She also tallied 12 shots (6 on goal).
