Warren Wilson College goalkeeper Brett Buffington, a senior from Cincinnati, OH, was named United States Collegiate Athletic Association honorable mention All-American for his efforts during the 2009 season.

Buffington started in 12 games for the Owls and tallied 84 saves and 2 shutouts versus Johnson Bible College and Piedmont Baptist College.  The highlight of his year came in a 3-2 loss to North Greenville University where he faced 34 shots and recorded 12 saves.
