The Warren Wilson women's soccer team (3-5-2) claimed a 1-0 road victory over Peace College.

Senior Mel Janarelli scored the lone goal of the match in the 81st minute to secure the victory for the Owls.  Goalkeeper Rachel Schonberg played a great game recording 16 saves to secure the shutout.  The game was very evenly matched as Warren Wilson out shot Peace 23-21 with senor forward Serena Shah leading the way for the Owls with 8 (5 on goal).

The Fighting Owls last match of the year is on Tuesday, October 14 at home versus Converse College.  Game time is set for 4:00 pm.
