The Warren Wilson College men's basketball team fell to 8-9 on the season after a tough 62-60 loss to Milligan College.

The Owls trailed by as many as 19 points in the first half (30-11) but closed the gap to trail by just 8 at the half.  After a tightly contested second half, the Owls were able to tie the game at 60 on an Anthony Barringer drive with 9 seconds remaining.  Barringer was then called for a reach in foul with 4 seconds remaining sending Milligan's Kyle Grisby to the line for a one and one.  Grisby missed the front end of the one and one and Warren Wilson quickly rebounded the ball.  Unfortunately, the ensuing outlet was stolen by Mickey Woods who drilled a 15 footer at the buzzer for the win.

The Owls were lead by Barringer's 13 points and 5 assists while fellow sophomore Rashad Ali added 10 points and 7 blocks.
