The Warren Wilson cross country team had an excellent showing at the Wolfpack Invitational at North Carolina State University earning a sixth place finish on the women's side and a seventh place finish for the men.  The invitational field included numerous Division I runners and carried some of the top programs in the country.

The women were led by Chelsea Gay's 17th place finish (20:37.00) while Hope Davis (36th, 23:18.00), Sarah Fagan (53rd, 25:21.00), Kate O.Mara (54th, 25:22.00) and  Aubrey DeLone (56th, 25:37.00) finished strong. 

The men were led by Chas Beiderman's (17:38.00) 28th place finish followed by fellow Owls Phelan O'Connor (40th, 18:42.00), Mike Jolly (41st, 18:48) and Tal Gold (42nd, 19:03.00).
