The Warren Wilson College women's soccer team fell to 1-2 on the season after suffering a 1-0 overtime loss to Columbia College. 

Columbia College scored 4:04 into the overtime period when Samantha Schwartz found Susan Payne in the middle of the box for the game winning goal.

The game was very evenly matched as both sides had their opportunities.  The Owls held the shot advantage 10-9 lead by Chelsea Gay and Reily Kennedy who each tallied 3 shots.

The Owls play next at the Salem Classic, September 12-13 versus Bryn Mawr College and the College of Notre Dame (MD).
