The Warren Wilson College men's soccer team dropped their first match of the season 1-0 to Union College in the opening game of the 2009 Golden Corral Bulldog Soccer Classic (KY). 

Warren Wilson (0-1) will play the loser between Emmanuel (Ga.) College and Cumberland (Tenn.) University Saturday at 5:30 p.m.


Union College's Jonathan Sutton snuck the ball into the back of the net from the left side during stoppage time in the 91st minute of play.

The Owls were outshot by the Bulldogs 22-2.  Warren Wilson senior goalie Brett Buffington recorded 10 saves.
